Overall we have been pleased with Mirabella. The food service is not up to par. Residents wait up to 40 minutes for their meals. I actually witnessed it and often the food is cold when they get it. I sent an email ti [name removed] and [name removed] about it, but have received no response from either of them. Other than that everything is really nice.

My mom has been there for nearly two years. Overall the place is a good value for the money and love the staff and[Name Removed], the activities director. They take good care of my mom. The administration is disappointing. It is hard to reach the director and the one time I tried to talk to her about a concern, she never called me back after multiple attempts and only was able to speak to her by tracking her down when in the facility. The staff has been amazing for my mother who has dementia and notified me whenever they feel family needs to be informed. Staff keeps track of medications for her and will check on her regularly. Mom has had nothing but good things to say about her stay and the fun activities they do.

The staff is great to work with and they're always warm and welcoming and easy to have conversations with. My father does not use tech so I can email the concierge front desk and they'll give him a reminder if I'm heading over or going to take him for doctors appointments.

After being settled at Mirabella for approximately 3 months I can say that my mother has taken kindly to the staff and has started to feel much more comfortable and more "at home". She's not very mobile so she relies on the assistance that Mirabella provides. However I will say, that in most cases, they do not adhere to the 10 minute response time that was guaranteed. It hasn't become a huge problem but it is definitely top of mind, and on occasion an irritation when she needs to use the bathroom or get out of bed. I do worr... read more

Great admin...made the move in process easy...my mom loves the care staff...great value for the money....I am very happy with Mirabella and love the staff...

Positive first impression. The facility very clean through out. Her room smelled of urine from down the hall. Always greeted and helped when I had a question. They accepted her in assisted living. She probably needed more services. Rarely saw staff on the floor unsure what their ratio was. She did not go down for meals. They brought them up to her. Most of the time she was sleeping. Food and dining was usually a fiasco; lacking enough cups and glasses, being out of butter for days, some foods too difficult to cut or chew. Food brought to the room often late, cold or forgotten. Aides and med-techs were wonderful! Sadly, there aren't nearly enough of them. Someone might push their call button multiple times and get no help for 45 minutes to an hour!
