At first they try super hard to be friendly and helpful but as soon as you sign on with them, they are hard to get a hold of. The patient staff are nice and friendly most of the time but upper management not so much.
Mirabella is a beautiful facility. They are going through a complete rehab and doing a great job. The food is great! Staff from assisted living to memory care are first class, they care.
This is a good facility with a wide range of care options - Independent, Assisted, and Memory care. I was particularly impressed with the activities offered for the residents, and I saw people engaged in those options during my visit. This is a very nice facility for the price.
Initially, the location of Mirabella Really appealed to me. I also appreciate that they seem to have a variety in the meals available there, rather than as in an institutional environment where only one option is served at mealtimes. I also feel that the place seems clean. It's well maintained, and there isn't an odor about the community. I think that overall, the staff is attentive to my loved one. When I toured this community it was nice and clean. The staff was friendly on our tour. They were helpful in answering all our questions. But we chose a different community.
My love one is doing well, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for our family. He is safe, and in good hands. They have a lovely staff, and they caring for him very well. All is well overall.
We liked this community from the tour that we took. The staff was caring to answer the questions that we had. We liked that they have a clean environment.The menu looked appealing. We were very pleased with the facility. [Removed] did a presentation and explained everything. The rooms were exactly what we were looking for and once we make the decision to put our mom in an assisted living this place will definitely be at the top of the list.
We are happy with this community. The staff is caring and helpful to his needs. The menu is really good and he is pleased with the nice variety. I am happy to know that the staff try and get him to be active with the other residents. We would recommend this excellent community for the care of a loved one.
