Oh my gosh, this has been a sign of God's goodness, I couldn't be happier with the home, it's wonderful. This is a hard thing for anyone, it was more my decision to move my father here so I kind of discount his opinion on it, he wants his independence, but I know it's wonderful. I'm in touch with the home and with him and they have all kinds of creative activities. They take input and they've taken him to restaurants he's specfically requested. She loves the staff, they're very kind and attentive to her. The room is very spacious and it's very easy to get around in a wheelchair. The lobby is beautiful and the dining area is very attractive. The food is a little bit above average, but thats institutional so I think that's about as good as it's going to get. She dines sometimes and sometimes she doesn't like it but anytime I've called the front they've been able to help me very quickly. I love it here. The price combined with everything else is what made them stand out for me. The staff is an absolute 5 out of 5 - they're great. About their care services - As far as I know, they have 2 nurses or nursing assistants that are on board 24 hours a day. I've already asked them about some prescriptions and they've been great. The activities are very well-attended and they seem to have a lot of them but I, personally, have not taken part yet because I'm more of a reader than an activity person.

The staff here at Mirabella is really friendly and the residents seemed really happy. This was one of our top two communities. The only reason we ended up choosing a different one was because of the price. This community was a little more expensive but it’s because they offer a higher level of care like assisted living, compared to the other community we chose which are like senior apartments. Overall this is a very good community and would have been a good choice as well.

We chose Mirabella because my step mother liked it. We had been looking at communities for years and she finally found one she actually liked. They offer a two bedroom apartment that also has two bathrooms. The apartment has a small kitchen and a nice size living room. When you first walk in the front door it has a great atrium really pleasing to the eye. The landscaping is beautiful and very well maintained. We are very please with the choice and would recommend it to anyone.

My parents lived here for a year. This is a wonderful place for minimal needs person.

Really like the place. Friendly staff, warm environment. convenient, 3 meals per day, could keep her cat with her. Large place. A little concerned she might not feel comfortable venturing too far out of her room, although the person I talked with said they helped them assimilate.

The administration is not great. Their lack of support of the med techs and other staff is terrible. They have been severely understaffed for months. They have gone through two chefs and the kitchen staff is nonexistent. The food quality has gone down tremendously. The executive director is not up to the task. There have been bed bugs on the upper levels that have not be handled properly. The incredible med techs staff then have managed to keep are over worked and under paid.
