I am very satisfied with The Mirabella. The staff are concerned about the well being of their residents. Safety and care for the residents is their first priority. I was present visiting my mother the other day when one of the staff noticed that the door had been had been left ajar when the kitchen staff left when getting the dirty dishes after the evening meal. They immediately closed the door and did a head count to ensure that none of the residents had gotten out.
Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds. You feel like you are entering a high end hotel when you walk in the door. Couldn't be more pleased. The only drawback is the size of the building if you have trouble getting around.
The maintenance is very slow. Other than that, the people are friendly, and it's a nice place. The food isn't bad, it isn't great either, but it's not bad. It's really just the maintenance that is the only problem.

Overall we are pleased with how things have gone with Mirabella! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful!
It's going pretty good so far, we are happy with it. It was the best one we saw when we were looking around. It's clean, and we don't really have any complaints. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I would rate it highly.
Toured at lunch time, and residents in assisted living were thoroughly enjoying lunch and friendships. Apartments needed some repairs. Memory care wing was nice, but for the price we have seen better accommodations. Residents seemed very well cared for, and staff seemed attentive.
The place is nice, and it's five miles from my house. I see they have activities, but I can't rate them because I don't participate. The food is terrible. For instance, vegetables are limp; look two days old. However, the food is not as bad as it was in the last place where she was. They seem to care about taking care of her; it's a good place. I found the place through someone's reference. When I've had reason to raise an issue or question with them, they've been reasonably responsive.
My loved one really likes it, but I wouldn't recommend it. It really should be labelled an independent living place. There are a lot of extra charges for more care if they need more things, and they will send you out to the hospital for the smallest things. The apartments are large so that is a plus, and it's clean, and my loved one is happy, even if we aren't.
