It's going pretty well. It's kept very clean, and the staff is really nice. Communication could be improved a little, they could call us more often to relay information. There is plenty to do, and the food is good. Over all I think we have had a really good experience here.
Good tour. Large room. Reasonably priced. Warm, friendly staff. Older facility, but OK.
Visted a sister place under construction L Westmore in north ft worth. Upcale looks great,lots of amenities I would not use and priceies to.
They are just awesome! I just love them! I can always understand the staff. I give them a ten out of five. They just opened a memory care section. We have one family member here and I would move the other one there tomorrow if it weren't for the family dynamics.
Very nice. No two bedroom available. Waiting list for two bedroom with three families on it. Would let nj & gd 'camp-out in memory care in a companion suite but if the suite was needed they would be moved.
They've been very very good to my mom. We feel that she's safe here. They watch after her medically and overall it's a good place. Sometimes they're a little slow on doing repairs around here but other than that it's great. This is the first place she's been and it was the nicest of anything I looked at - and I looked at a lot.
Moved my father into Mirabella in Sept 2013 from La. He has made many friends and has gotten involved in several activities at and thru Mirabella. His apartment is very spacious and light flows in thru the windows. Bathroom is handicap assessible which is a requirment for us. All the staff are so loving and helpful and check in on my father several times a day. His doctor can even make house calls if he needs something. This is another beautiful facility but it's also very large. It's like four floors and mom wouldn't have been able to get around very well.
Did tour facility and did get opportunity to look at new Memory wing. Did not care for new section as bathroom is shared. Feel he is not ready for memory wing, but needs asst living. This may be possibility when that time arrives.
