This looked like a nice community when we toured it. The people I met were nice and helpful. They do seem to offer a lot of nice amenities and activities. The cost of this community, unfortunately would not work for us.
This is a great community for the care and the residents seem to be happy. The community is clean and well maintained. The menu is appealing and they are pleased with the menu. They have a lot of nice activities that she is happy with. I like knowing they have a garden and that makes her happy being able to be involved and to feel useful makes me happy to see. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.
The people I met at this community were friendly and knowledgeable. The community looked clean. This community did not seem to offer the same levels of care as the community we chose.
My loved ones favorite part of the day is dinner time, they have restaurant quality food and they always have a wide variety of food for the residents to choose from. They also have a great activity program which offers various events as well as different popcorn and ice cream socials. The staff have been nothing but amazing and attentive to my brothers needs. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
The community at Mirabella offered a nice tour and pleasant experience. The community was very nicely kept and clean throughout. The staff that offered the tour were able to answer all of my questions.
Do not like the location, but the level of care is what we need.
My mom is living here at this community and so far she has found a friend she knows. She socializes with the ladies and plays occasional bingo. She thinks the food is good but I feel there are too many high-carbs. I'm almost here everyday so I see the welcoming staff and a clean community that does not have an odor when you enter. I did have a few "hiccups" but the staff have resolved it. Overall my mom is doing good and I would recommend this place.
So far our experience with Mirabella has been a good one! My loved one is settling in well, and seems to be enjoying herself. We've got no complaints!
Very concerned with tenants. Always willing to listen and make adjustments. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful.
