Very disappointed by service level. Expected more. No caddy for Sugar. Bill not handed in guest check book or anything but paper placed with a pen. Waiter was pathetic.

Please know, all of our staff are trained to diligently follow ALL safety guidelines brought forward during this time of crisis. We are not permitted to utilize any communal items such as sugar caddies or check presenters. This is to limit the amount of contact between other guests. However, I would like to invite you back so we may provide the experience you deserve.

A baby cried at the table along side. Not at all the experience I expected at Mirabelle

After being seated it took about 15-20 minutes for a server to take our drink order. It took another 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. At that time we ordered appetizers which took almost a half hour to arrive. The waitress came back to take another drink order and after about 30 more minutes she finally came back to the table with the second round of drinks. Menu rather limited, creativity from years past long gone..service was five stars wish the food was the same

They were overwhelmed by the volume of the Valentines holiday. That's the kindest explanation for the poor service and undercooked food. They had a very pricy fixed price menu without the options of the usual menu. This we did not find out until we were there and it was too late to make a different choice. Overall very disappointing experience from a previous favorite.

Decent service but we were a little rushed through our meal. Not a lot of options for people with food allergies or sensitivities to gluten.

Made open table reservation for LI Restaurant week for 1:45 on Sunday which was confirmed.Upon arrival, we were advised menu not available until 6pm. Explained and showed server reservation and she recited brunch hours 3 times. Since we had guests, brunch was only option. It was not worthy of Mirabelle. We have enjoyed LI Restaurant week at Mirabelle previously. This was a huge disappointment.

We do allow OpenTable reservations to be generated for all allotted times of service, whether it be Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner. Dinner typically begins promptly at 4pm. Our Restaurant Week prix fixe menu is exclusively available starting at this time on Sunday evening. We have loved this restaurant in the past. However, this time it was extremely noisy, the food was ok and the service was poor!
