Craig Lipson is Mortgage loan agent who I dealt with at Money Store. He is excellent, fast and very well responsive. He provided me with very prompt updates on any progress of paper works on their side. It's absolutely true that my mortgage term with him and Money Store was the best deal that I could find and choose. My refinance loan from Craig & Money Store was funded and closed very fast in less than 20 days.

I have used Craig Lipson 2 times now and he was quick and thorough both times. Rates are very competitive! He explained in detail the options available for a loan. Where the break points were in the pricing so I could efficiently decide to take money out of the property or choose a lower loan/equity. Closing was smooth as all the numbers were as promised. Application to loan were only a few weeks.

Craig was able to refinance my current mortgage into a 30 year fixed with an excellent rate. I was alway able to get ahold of him either by email or text. For the most part I only had to deal with Craig, which is very nice. In the past I have refinanced and once the initial sale was made I had to deal with multiple people. Although the application process has become extremely difficult due to the ridiculous regulations the government has implemented, Craig got me through it relatively easily.Edit
