In today’s market you need a relator that is the good kind of aggressive, maintains a positive can-do attitude, and is an excellent communicator. Melani possess all three of these qualities. She made buying our house as stress free as possible in a crazy market. Additionally, the team she works with is the best! I loved working with Melani! She knows what she's doing, takes into account what you're looking for, works with the lender to know what you qualify for, and dedicates a lot of time to each of her clients. She set aside entire days to take us around to properties as we were moving in from out of area and could only come on the weekends to look at houses. Monique's team did everything and we were able to complete the entire transaction almost entirely online during covid-19.
