My appointment was Wednesday morning. Dropped the car off day before appointment. They didn't start on it until Tuesday next week. They had to replace a wire. Terrible service.

Didn't even rotate my tires after 2 hours makes you wonder if they really change the oil!!!!
Took over 2 hours for an oil change, then they tried to charge me instead of applying the service plan. Then they told me my tires need to be replaced when the car only has 23,000 miles.

Had to leave without Having Nissan connect working properly. Plus there is still a proble with buletooh droppin my connected phones.

Requested and scheduled a tire rotation but it wasn't done. Tech said it wasn't needed because the tires were wearing fine without it.

Service is excellent, however the day before appt we got a call from the facility not to just remind us of the appt, but TO ASK US TO TRADE OUR CAR FOR ANOTHER! This is the 2nd time this happened, not something we are fond of.

Barely tried filling my fluid. Less than a 1/4 put in. Not very friendly. I wasn't a fan after previous management scratched my car and wouldn't fix it. But This doesn't seem to be much of an improvement

Nissan takes 1.5 to 3 hours to complete a scheduled oil change and tire rotation every single time.
