Shannon and her whole team are amazing to work with! They are thorough, responsive, and communicate throughout the entire mortgage loan process. We went back to Shannon a second time for a home purchase because we were so pleased the first time (and will go again in the future)! When I was in the market to buy a home my realtor gave me several mortgage companies to choose from. Out of the 3 I call and left messages MIG Todd's Team was the only one that responded within the hour of me calling. I could have not pick a better mortgage company then MIG. Every step and ever process was explained in detail by phone, email and links. His team was exceptional keeping me informed of next steps all the way to closing.
