Rosa was very personable and invested throughout the whole process. First time homebuyer mortgages can be stressful, but she encouraged me through each step.
Rosa made our refinance seamless. Anytime I had a question or was just worried in general about the process she was always there to answer any questions and reassured me along the way. She was prompt in letting us know how the loan was coming. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was extremely nervous about the home buying process and Ben Lane made the process very easy. He answered every question I had (even after he had explained to to me) and otherwise was very supportive during the process. Money makes me nervous, like most of us I assume, and Ben was very much able to guide me through this process. When, or if, I purchase another home, it will be with his help!
