Mano never left any question unanswered and was always fast to let us know what documents his team needed. He was familiar with complex VA loan situations to include split eligibility for my wife's veteran status paired with my active duty status.
As a former commercial lender , I can say that shannon has been extremely great to work with both as a referral partner and as a representative working with Individuals that I have sent her way. I've never heard an ill word said about her. Only happy, satisfied customers and friends.
Shannon is the reason we got the home we wanted. My wife and I had an interested first time home buying experience with a highly inflated market and less than optimal rates. Shannon not only found ways for us to reduce our rate and was the primary point of contact for closing. I don’t think that was her job, but she was the execution behind the transaction. Very thankful to Shannon and would recommend her to any person buying a home, especially for the first time home buying experience.
