This is our second time to close a home purchase transaction with Cherith Edwards at Mortgage Investors Group. The builder for the beautiful new home we just bought actually had a "preferred" lender (Movement Mortgage) on site, and he was pressuring us HARD to use Movement. Cherith delivered a rate that was a HALF POINT LOWER than the other Movement loan officer gave us!!!
