When I was in the market to buy a home my realtor gave me several mortgage companies to choose from. Out of the 3 I call and left messages MIG Todd's Team was the only one that responded within the hour of me calling. I could have not pick a better mortgage company then MIG. Every step and ever process was explained in detail by phone, email and links. His team was exceptional keeping me informed of next steps all the way to closing. If there was another star I could click MIG would have gotten 6. Love my new home!

Let me tell you what, if Shannon can’t get it done NOBODY can. Our case was by no means cookie cutter. It probably had more obstacles than most but Mrs Shannon did her due diligence and did not cease til she got us the keys to our home.
