Rosa was very kind and thoughtful in the entire process to me. From the pre-approval letter which I received from her first, all the explanation step-by-step guide was really helpful to me figuring out how it goes. Morgan was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process of finding us a mortgage. She and her team were diligent about every detail to ensure the process went smoothly for us. Was very helpful and communicative. Was going through a credit union, who were unhelpful even when I went in-person, before i switched to Natalie. She helped walk me through first-time home buying. Was available to talk through any issues i had when i needed clarification. She helped me through the last portion of getting my down payment together from my 401k and getting it done on time for closing date. Thank you Natalie.
Katie and her assistants helped me get everything done and get a house. If you are looking to buy, use her right away and get it done right first try. She was great. 10/10 would recommend.
