Natalie was a huge help for me as a first time home buyer! She worked hard to answer all my questions and was incredibly kind the entire process. When I fell in love with a home slightly out of the price range we had originally talked about she was quick to run the numbers and talk with me about how we could make things work. She kept in communication with me through the entire process and truly cared that I knew and understood what was going on. I would recommend her to any first time home buyers I meet!!
Natalie was amazing to work with! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and she was incredibly patient and willing to explain the process. She was super self-sufficient and we never felt like we were waiting on her to proceed to the next step. When we purchase another home, I hope to work with Natalie again.
Natalie helped me purchase my first home back in March! She was extremely helpful & easy to work with. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, & being self employed made it even more complicated. She also helped me add my dad as a co-signer on the loan. We ran into no issues and were able to close on time. She even drove in from out of town to be there for the signing, as well as sent me a gift about a month later. That was a nice surprise. Can’t recommend enough!
