Taylor was a very thorough and effective communicator - she would always get back to me in a timely manner. She worked with us, heard our wants, and customized a plan that allowed us to find a home that has been an absolute blessing to our family and will be for years to come. Without her, I really don’t know if it would’ve all worked out, but I’m thankful that Taylor was on our side the whole time.

Rosa was very kind and thoughtful in the entire process to me. From the pre-approval letter which I received from her first, all the explanation step-by-step guide was really helpful to me figuring out how it goes. Was very helpful and communicative. Was going through a credit union, who were unhelpful even when I went in-person, before i switched to Natalie. She helped walk me through first-time home buying. Was available to talk through any issues i had when i needed clarification. She helped me through the last portion of getting my down payment together from my 401k and getting it done on time for closing date. Thank you Natalie.
