good equipment and helpful employees. good place to meet people
Great location. Wish it had a couple more machines that other locations have. Like the sled and fitness classes. But had what I need to feel a burn. Mornings are pretty empty. Evenings almost a full parking lot if you try going around 6 pm. So aim for later or come in the AM.
Overall the gym is okay. The gym does not have a good set of Olympic rubber weights. The gym only has 2-25lbs, 2-35lbs, and 2 -45lbs. The gym also only has 2 boxes for box jumps, a 6inch box and a 24inch. I also noticed the pull up machine is tearing. Overall the gym has basic needs and one can work with it, but lacks training equipment.
Small but we'll laid out. Clean. They have stairs there!!
Great location, not as large as the others, but that's the beauty in its' design; everything is conveniently located in perfect areas, without too much foot traffic, and to complement this the place is actually clean.
