This gym has top of the line great equipment and the best staff you will ever come across -that will help you out. Manager Gina helped me because I lost my wallet with where to go to get set up on everything right! Colby, Ryan, Bella and the rest of the staff are the best people I could ever even imagine coming across-this is a top notch facility and you can always count on them to treat you right!!!!
Been going to this location for a few years. Always clean. Joe is very professional and polite. Always helps with a weight spot when needed.

Love this gym!!! For anybody that is close to downtown this is one of those kinds of gyms that feels like it's private, but it's part of the mountainside gym network. It's smaller in size without Group fitness classes. But the place is super clean. The equipment looks brand new! The Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. No RBF's here. I've been coming to the Chase Field Mountainside regularly for the past two years, and Sheila's customer service is exceptional! I always catch her greeting members (including myself) with a smile, incredibly helpful and actively listens when issues arise. I recently had issues with my membership because it was changed in accordance with Active & Fit Direct's policies, but Sheila made the process as easy as possible and fixed the problem.
