This is my favorite Mountainside Fitness in the valley. I love that this gym has everything you need and never feels overcrowded. My only complaint is that parking is limited and not monitored (unless there's an event at Chase field - sometimes) so you have to wait a long time for a spot to open up. The signs claim to tow if you don't have a sticker, but have yet to see that happen even after mentioning it to the desk staff
Great gym, right at the Chase field, have parking so that's nice. And it's got a full suite of things.
For the size of this particular fitness facility I give it 5 stars. Being a smaller facility it does lack some of the services that you might find in larger gyms but what it lacks it makes up in other areas. Located on Jefferson in downtown Phoenix they have a dedicated parking lot for gym users and give you a small sticker to place on your windshield which is required during baseball games and other daytime Chase Field events. Love this mountain side location they keep it very clean. Both night shift Jacks are awesome!
I've been really impressed with this location. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there's a great variety of machines.The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. 10/10
This gym has top of the line great equipment and the best staff you will ever come across -that will help you out. Manager Gina helped me because I lost my wallet with where to go to get set up on everything right! Colby, Ryan, Bella and the rest of the staff are the best people I could ever even imagine coming across-this is a top notch facility and you can always count on them to treat you right!!!!
Been going to this location for a few years. Always clean. Joe is very professional and polite. Always helps with a weight spot when needed.
i am very excited to have chosen this location, it's always clean and organize .Isaac and Lance are always very welcoming and friendly
Best in town....nicest people to deal with. I love it. Been there a couple of years the people are always helpful Great equipment too.
