Today they have one tv on an informercial, and another on the pbs music channel (muted, lol). It's pretty clear that no one here is awake.

Business response:

Hi D.D. I want to assure you that we have no written our Chase Field location off and do frequent locker room checks for towels, soap, and other items. We are working to resolve the drain flys and are treating it. We apologize that you are having wifi issues. I will talk to our IT department about troubleshooting the signal. If you would like to speak to our manager, Rick, please contact him directly at the club or at his email rickf@mountainsidefitness.com

My only complaint is that they don't have a sauna (only a steam room)... but with how clean and uncrowded this gym is, it's definitely not going to deter me from coming here. They also don't offer a lot of classes but that makes sense considering the fact that it isn't a busy location. I have been here at all times of the day (except early morning... which I have heard is the busiest) but the staff is always friendly, locker rooms and equipment clean and I typically can get my full workout in without having to wait for any m... read more

Pretty decent spot! Super duper fancy. It's REALLY small. Hardly any equipment... Pretty much the basics. They have a dope room upstairs where you can take virtual classes but the lighting in there is so terrible that it's pointless to try to take them. Staff is friendly but if you're serious about lifting.. Go to a different Mountainside.

It's nice. Not crowded at all and comes with that steam room. gym is separated with weights on bottom floor and then spin and studio upstairs.

After canceling my membership with an employee at this location. I now am getting calls and emails about a past due balance. I joined as month to month and was informed from an employee that he canceled my membership. Now I'm past due and they are sending me delinquent bills. I would highly avoid this gym for getting wrong information from multiple employees.

By far the best gym downtown. I worked out there for about 9 months. I would go in the morning when they would open, work out, shower and dress for work at the gym. I work downtown. It was great. The facilities were stellar. I was very happy with this gym. But I had to give it up because at least 7 times in that 9 month period the gym didn't open when it was supposed to as the staff member didn't show. Sometimes another person would show to open the gym 20-30 minutes late. Most of the time I don't know when the gym opened a... read more

Behind the facade of the glitz and glamour of these clubs comes with a price and a harsh lesson. With anything contract related there are certainly obligations. Unfortunately #mountainsidefitness does not have a grey area or flexibility for #disabledveterans or new moms. My wife and I recently had our first child, moved just inside of there 15 mile limit. I contacted mountainside to cancel our membership due to our inability to visit the club and my injuries sustained from a combat related tour of duty. Despite my numerous c... read more

Mountainside fitness knows what a visit to the gym should be - clean, with great equipment, at a reasonable price. Rumor has it that this location at Chase Field was actually for advertising. If you ever go, you'll notice that the membership is really low. Most of the time the gym is empty with maybe 5-10 people working out at any given time. It's great for members though because you never have trouble finding a machine or weights. The equipment is all in excellent condition and they definitely keep the place really clean. I... read more

Before signing a training contract, keep in mind that 6 months is really a seven month contract... They do not tell you that the first payment is a down payment before your 6 month period of payments start... Not the most ethical contract model
