Very clean environment. Staff is friendly and always with a positive attitude. Restrooms are up-kept. Overall satisfied with this location.
My go to gym, I love this place it's always clean and everyone is so nice. They have an indoor smoothie bar. Taylor was so helpful, I got to the gym starving and she was very sweet, helped me out by making a bomb smoothie. Thank you Taylor!
Sheila Burgess thank you so much. I have made this gym part of my health care. But Sheila and the young people who treat me so well when I come to the Chase Field Mountainside Fitness have made it part of my social network. I recently had an annoying incident and all the staff made such an effort to find my lost watch that I have gained happiness from the efforts they put forth. This gym is actually really cool! I've been a member for years and only been here once. It has the equipment for a quick lift. I came at the right time, where there is hardly anyone so, I was able to get my lifting and take my time. I didn't have to wait for a machine or weights. Being a DBacks fan and being able to life, in the little part of the stadium is actually really cool, makes me excited for another amazing season! Clean & organized gym. :) Enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend it to friends & family. Had a 2nd floor which is pretty cool.
old outdated machines, brick interior. very depressing environment. never coming back
I'll start off by saying that Sheila.....top notch! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. She provided all the information I was looking for without having to look further afterwards. The facility had nice lighting and very clean. The locker room smelled great and not like a typical locker room.
Pauly and sophia are so kind and I was very satisfied today with the customer service! They were quick to help and so kind!
Staff is outstanding, gym is always clean and well maintained! Members are all polite, and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend this club to all, Men and Women who are seeking the highest quality of equipment and supportive-professional staff.
