I will never, I repeat never step foot inside a Mountainside Fitness. I was treated so poorly when trying to cancel during covid. They initially refused to let me do so without going in, well there was no way in hell I was going in. Also the CEO was a complete ass when gyms were shut down. Zero respect for that guy.

Back in March of 2020, I had only used this facility once during a one week pass. I have to say I was very impressed with the cleanliness, equipment condition, and the professional staff. Additionally, I applaud everything Tom Hatten and his staff has done to ensure Arizonans continue to have a safe place to workout and stay healthy. I look forward to becoming a member and utilizing your facilities in the hopeful near future.

Really miss going here. There's a staff member whose name I'm going to misspell, ("Jaminica"?), she has a great smile and is so pleasant to be greeted by or chat with whenever I go. Such a cool location too, always space, never crowded. One negative that is not at all the gym's fault, the D'backs employees are a little pretentious and rude at times. Slamming doors behind them while staring at you as if you're going to try to run in behind them and steal Chase Field. Relax guys. Oh and another negative, the maintenance man go... read more

Gym is always clean and orderly. Same with the restrooms. Staff is always wonderful and super helpful. Great gym with a few minor exceptions. First, a lot of the equipment is older and falling apart. This gym could really use an update. Second, there is some wasted floorspace. They have a cycle room that's never used and could house more useful equipment instead. Otherwise a good gym.

This gym has so much potential, If they would just update the equipment and add a few more up to date machines. The locations is great and the staff are always very professional. I'm hoping i won't have to change gyms due to the outdated equipment. All the surrounding gyms have more modern more up to date items, so it makes it hard to come in here knowing that.

Once again the opener person was not on time. Had to wait 30 minutes today. Employees late most mornings-I have been told their schedule start times are 4:15, never here. 12 of us today waiting for location to open, some left, a few stayed -needed a shower before work, no time fir workout. Wish they would update treadmills too, some days it takes trying 2-3 to get one to work.
