Mountainside Fitness has been a huge part of my family's healthy lifestyle. Having the ability to work out with my wife and leave the kids in the kid's zone has been so beneficial to our relationship. The "Parents Night Out" is awesome! We're finally dating again, which is very important for us both.

Aloha there my Hawaiians, I just wanted to send a big mahalo to Mark Scafaria , Yogi. Today was my second class ever. I'll admit I was scared of yoga. The class was fun, relaxing calm and made sense. If you want to check him out he is at the Dessert Ridge location. Spirit, mind and body!! Yes, please. Nice resting area after class and don't forget to check out the hydration station. See you at class!
