Jarame!!! He is amazing. I had no intention in signing up, I usually prefer to try the gym out prior to Jarame said my name correctly upon greeting me (rare for most) and pointed out that his name gets pronounced incorrectly all the time due to the spelling. I immediate felt comfortable and welcomed. Jarame was nice, welcoming, and great at what he does. He didn't try to sell me anything. The best workers ever. Every time I'm back in Arizona this is my gym of choice way over any other. Lexi Richards is the best with getting hooked up with a membership. She makes it so easy just to set up my membership & get going. This gym does NOT scam you out of your money nor charge you or any ridiculous fees. You really pay for a ton of amenities that they provide! This gym is great way better than multiple ones I've tried!

Its a gym. No better or worse than any other we have ever used. It served its purpose when we lived in Arizona. However, trying to cancel and stop the automatic dues payments when you have moved out of state is like trying to get out of one of those sleazy time share deals which is exactly why places like this require auto pay. We have tried several times by telephone and email to close the membership and haven't attended in over a year yet they continue to charge my bank account $38 every month. Our entire family uses this facility and we all like it. I wish their were more yoga classes after work hours or on Saturdays. I am a little puzzled as to why they are closed on Sunday at 5:00? The sign says 9:00. Maybe short staffed or everyone went home to enjoy Halloween? Besides this all of the employees are always nice, helpful and welcoming. The facility is clean and nice.

I've been coming to this gym for years. Plenty of equipment to get work done and never have to wait. The facility is very clean and staff always available to help with any questions.

Small fitness center but gets the job done. The staff is always very kind. Parking lot seems busy everyday but the gym isn't packed. I have enjoyed going to this location for a while. Thank you

Guys, this is the Platinum Mountside Fitness! This place is awesome! Never too crowded and has way more of a private feel to it! Highly recommend over all the other clubs around the valley. The staff is always welcoming and making sure everything is up to par. Harrison at the front desk is the man! Great service and is welcoming to all members!

This location is by far the best one. Mountainside Fitness in general is an amazing gym but the Ice Den location just has that vibe to it. Staff is very friendly, the gym itself has so much equipment and is super clean too. I definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I am about to celebrate my 4 year anniversary at Mountainside Fitness Ice Den location. What an amazing journey it has been. When my family and I first started at my gym home all I did was cardio(it was June and it was hot!). I was open minded and started doing yoga. Great teachers were patient with me and helped me. Fast forward. Besides yoga, I now regularly attend Muscle, HiiT and Barre classes. There is a class available for you here if you are working towards living a healthier life.
