Let's start with the staff - 5 stars. Cheerful, helpful, friendly. The facility - 5 stars. Impeccably maintained. Gets a bit busy at times, but hey, you can't have everything. The equipment - 5 stars. Everything you need. Even ice cold water!! I also take a Yoga class here and really enjoy it. Another 5 stars (surprise, surprise). The end.
I've been going to the gym for about 10 years now, and lifting competitively for bodybuilding for the past two years, and this has been one of the BEST gyms that I've trained at. They have brand new equipment, lots of space, and the best staff you could ask for. For me, having a good staff creates a welcoming atmosphere where you can feel confident and comfortable to really push yourself in the gym. Mia is the best front desk worker. She always greets people with a smile and she makes me want to keep returning to this gym.
So many locations, well kept and constantly being updated with new equipment , amenities etc.
The General Manager Kalie is nothing short of being stellar! I've been a member for awhile, and due to different circumstances I had to let go of my membership. Kalie was beyond easy to work/talk with and even helped rectify a previous billing issue. 10/10 recommend this club and 10/10 staff working there. Thanks again Kalie you are a superstar!
Jarame!!! He is amazing. I had no intention in signing up, I usually prefer to try the gym out prior to Jarame said my name correctly upon greeting me (rare for most) and pointed out that his name gets pronounced incorrectly all the time due to the spelling. I immediate felt comfortable and welcomed. Jarame was nice, welcoming, and great at what he does. He didn't try to sell me anything. The best workers ever. Every time I'm back in Arizona this is my gym of choice way over any other. Lexi Richards is the best with getting hooked up with a membership. She makes it so easy just to set up my membership & get going. This gym does NOT scam you out of your money nor charge you or any ridiculous fees. You really pay for a ton of amenities that they provide! This gym is great way better than multiple ones I've tried!
Its a gym. No better or worse than any other we have ever used. It served its purpose when we lived in Arizona. However, trying to cancel and stop the automatic dues payments when you have moved out of state is like trying to get out of one of those sleazy time share deals which is exactly why places like this require auto pay. We have tried several times by telephone and email to close the membership and haven't attended in over a year yet they continue to charge my bank account $38 every month.
