I am thankful for the little diamond and Suprise called Mountain Side. This is a very clean family, friendly atmosphere. Not to mention all the with teachers and staff. I am very thankful for Mary Jane and all the guys at the front desk. they're very welcoming and kind. I share about Mountain Side to everyone the best thing in Suprise Arizona! also, the kids club is amazing! for coming!

Taking 2 classes at Mountainside, Gentle Yoga with Kathleen Solars and Stretch-Fit with Zach Hearne. I'm using both classes to concentrate on my lower back and they are both phenomenal. I strongly recommend mountainside and both classes.
i want to retract my recent review. had a bad day but love mountainside fitness. They are the cleanest gym in the area with all the right tools needed to stay fit. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in a gym
Cycling class with Megan and Mandy is the best. Both are excellent instructors. Never get rid of these classes.
so thankful for the childcare at this location they are amazing & its so helpful to have this outlet the ladies are very caring and most of them are moms themselves so they understand & have the patience when dealing with all the kiddos! 10/10

I move around the valley a lot and have been to every Mountainside, all of them are great but the staff here is the best by far.
Mountainside Fitness is the best gym for all your needs. The facility is super clean and all the staff are super welcoming. I love that I can workout while my kids are in the childcare. The management really keeps this place running great!
