Gianna is awesome! So friendly and my kids love her! Anytime we have any questions or issues she's the first to help!
Hubby and I have been members for about 2 years. I've enjoyed the personal training, fitness classes, cardio & weights. The front desk staff are always friendly/helpful and the gym is clean, uncluttered and offers a ton of exercise options. My only complaint is when equipment breaks, it has takes a very long time to get it repaired.
Kelsey B. Is the best childcare worker in the building. My girls absolutely love coming! She is attentive, kind, and treats every kiddo amazingly. My girls never want to leave. She always remembers their names and even knows what shows and toys they like. If anyone is going to watch your kiddos while you work out Kelsey is the girl for the job!
Always enjoy my workout here. Facility is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.
I don't live in AZ but visit family nearby. It is my go to gym when I am in the area!
Amazing gym and staff! I have been coming here for years now. I have tried multiple gyms in Surprise and MSF is hands down the best. Very clean gym with a functional layout and a variety of equipment and machines. Staff is always friendly, especially Tina in sales. Always kind and willing to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. She sold me my membership and is a big part of the reason why I am so pleased with this gym. Excellent customer service still exists and it's here at Moutainside Fitness!
I recently joined Mountainside Fitness and I love the classes and instructors!! Everyone is so welcoming!! And the gym is very clean.
I love this location. I see that they recently got new equipment. Mountainside is my go to because of how clean it is. I've been to LA fitness and EOS and it definitely is not as clean. The price is higher, but you're getting more bang for your buck. Also, I don't have to call ahead to see if my kids can go the childcare. At EOS I would have to call ahead to get this spot reserved for my kids and it was a hassle. It's nice to see that I can come in and workout and bring my kids whenever the childcare is open. Love the gym and the childcare is great! My kids love when Bella is working, they always enjoy being around her. She is knowledgeable and great with all the other children as well!
