Amazing gym and staff! I have been coming here for years now. I have tried multiple gyms in Surprise and MSF is hands down the best. Very clean gym with a functional layout and a variety of equipment and machines. Staff is always friendly, especially Tina in sales. Always kind and willing to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. She sold me my membership and is a big part of the reason why I am so pleased with this gym. Excellent customer service still exists and it's here at Moutainside Fitness!
I recently joined Mountainside Fitness and I love the classes and instructors!! Everyone is so welcoming!! And the gym is very clean.
I love this location. I see that they recently got new equipment. Mountainside is my go to because of how clean it is. I've been to LA fitness and EOS and it definitely is not as clean. The price is higher, but you're getting more bang for your buck. Also, I don't have to call ahead to see if my kids can go the childcare. At EOS I would have to call ahead to get this spot reserved for my kids and it was a hassle. It's nice to see that I can come in and workout and bring my kids whenever the childcare is open. Love the gym and the childcare is great! My kids love when Bella is working, they always enjoy being around her. She is knowledgeable and great with all the other children as well!
Such a great family gym and super clean. Also appreciate that the equipment is top of the line and always getting updated. Highly recommend for a great workout!
I've been to a lot of gyms and different Mountainside locations, and this one is by far the best. The gym is always clean, the equipment is in great shape, and the staff is helpful. Perfect for the whole family.
Went in to cancel today after a 12+ months of non use only to be charged to cancel because I was already in the next billing cycle. Typical gym hustle.. The smell that greats you as you walk in is less than welcoming. Glad I'm done with this place. Avoid the contract! EOS is much less, has a better atmosphere and doesn't smell.
The difference between this gym (Surprise location!) and any other, is hands down the staff! I have been an active member for 2 years now and I have no plans to switch (even with newer gyms being built closer to my house!) It's ok. I've come for years and it's getting dated and stinks. Equipment has become SO crammed together it's hard to even walk without nearly walking into someone's barbell or cables. A real safety issue actually. Odd placement of equipment as well. It use to be far better layout AND cleaner. It feels dirty. For the price, it's showing major signs of age.
