I love to work out in Mountainside. The place makes me feel like I'm working out at home. I like how when you enter, you get a towel.

I'm giving this gym 4 stars because the classes are great, trainers are awesome, I don't use the daycare but I heard it's really good, and the front desk staff is always friendly. Where it loses a star is management. The manager always seems to be doing, well.....not much and she is very rude. If you go to her with any complaints, she basically turns the other way. I have literally seen her making fun of a member with my own eyes. A change in management would make this an awesome place.

This is a great gym for an active family, my kids love to go and the staff in the child care really take a genuine interest in them. The equipment is clean and the variety is great. I workout at different times of the day and 5-7pm can be a little crowded but any other time I never wait for workouts. My wife loves the wide array of classes offered and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to start working out this is a gym that will welcome you and not make you feel uncomfortable.

Clean, great location, good variety of machines. Staff generally pretty good, although there are a few that are gossipy and "cold".

Been a member for well over 2 years, the staff is very Friendly, management does a fantastic job of keeping things in order and tidy. Great Child care area and rock climbing area for the kids. Weight floor is always well kept and maintained very well. No complaints. 10/10 would recommend as a daily gym.

I been going to this gym for a year its all around great gym. No complains here. Only thing I don't like is there only one basketball court so i cant practice but whatever its a gym I'm trying to get big.

The Gym is nice, has a lot going for it with the classes and and the Basketball court. Sometimes it impossible to shoot the ball around due to all the kids playing full court games. I like the Idea of children being able to work out WITH their parents but I don't like the kids running and jumping over equipment, using it improperly and Hogging the machines. This is my gym and I do love it. A couple things. Sometimes, depending on errands - I hit the Peoria and Carefree Hwy location. Dropping my child off at those M Kids are always met with more warmth and friendliness than my Surprise "home" location. The girls at the Surprise M kids could stand to be a little nicer and friendly. Once in awhile, if I come at an evening time, I'll be met with someone that has more friendliness and they seem to care more about your child. The only incentive for working out here is the childcare they offer. All of the machines are very old and it's not very big. Most of what they have is very outdated or the equipment doesn't work well. Honestly planet fitness has better machines and variety. For the price you pay this gym is not worth it unless you need childcare. One of the more expensive gyms for what you get... or what you don't get.
