The Gym is nice, has a lot going for it with the classes and and the Basketball court. Sometimes it impossible to shoot the ball around due to all the kids playing full court games. I like the Idea of children being able to work out WITH their parents but I don't like the kids running and jumping over equipment, using it improperly and Hogging the machines. All of our cardio machines have personal TVs, we have the fastest Wifi in Arizona for a fitness center, we offer 80 group fitness classes/week AND we have free towel service with Steam and Saunas. Please do not respond by asking me to call a phone number. I have already spoken directly with corporate, including a representative named Jamie. Whom offered no solution. During the conversation, they asked what I felt would be a fair resolution; after I explained my expectations, no decision was made simply said they would call me back. Without acknowledging any wrongdoing or resolving the issue, I was asked to remove my negative google review. It was my first time trying out this gym with a free trial, and I had a really uncomfortable experience. The AGM, Courtney, completely ignored me after acknowledging the white girl ahead of me. When it was my turn, she looked at me with a dirty expression and acted like I wasn't even there. When I finally asked a question, she responded with an attitude instead of the professionalism I expected. The only incentive for working out here is the childcare they offer. All of the machines are very old and it's not very big. Most of what they have is very outdated or the equipment doesn't work well. Honestly planet fitness has better machines and variety. For the price you pay this gym is not worth it unless you need childcare. One of the more expensive gyms for what you get... or what you don't get.

Great Sport Cycle class this morning with instructor Megan. The room is a little tight with the number of bikes but overall it's a very good class. This class has been fully booked so recommend securing a bike 24 hours ahead of time.

Great gym. Has everything you need for good workouts. Classes, free weights, cardio, machines, and functional fitness. Reasonably priced. Clean gym. Machines seem to always be working. Much better than. the no judgement place across the street. Great gym.

Great gym with very friendly staff! I left EOS to come here due to the equipment, friendly patron and staff. This is a great gym for those who are serious about working out and not being lost or waiting for equipment in a crowd.

This gym has a wide range of equipment, with a friendly staff, and is almost never overcrowded most hours of the day !
