Mel Rowe is upbeat, knowledgeable and certainly is the best member service representative! I was interested in the indoor pickle ball program and she was instrumental in coordinating players at Mountainside . Thank you Mel for going the extra step and acknowledging me the next time I arrived to play.
It's not that great for being more expensive than EōS. Only reason we go here is the childcare is easier. A lot of the treadmills need serviced or replaced. It's hot in this gym, owner seems to have little interest in making sure his hvacs work right.
Friendly staff clean bathrooms hot water in the shower everything smells nice the girl in the front is so cute and bubbly.
When visiting family, this is the gym I frequent. The staff is friendly and the gym is always clean.
This location has the friendliest staff and cleanest facility! Love coming into this gym
I picked this gym because it seemed like the best option for childcare. I could care less what gym I'm at as long as my kids enjoy the daycare and are well taken care of. Today 7/29 at 7pm was our first visit. I dropped my 2 year old and 10 month old off. And immediately started watching them on the tv. My son stood in the same spot for 20 minutes right inside the gate where we left him. There were 4-5 ladies in there. He kept trying to get their attention as I watched them continuously ignore him. Great gym and staff! Gym is always tidy, and super clean. Great equipment, brands from Europe
I am a huge fan of this gym! I have been a member for years. My only complaint is the staff unfriendly and often seem annoyed
Mens shower area is not kept very clean and the showers need a thorough cleaning preferably with a power washer, the steam room is disgusting at times.
