We are big fans of mountainside! I've been attending with my two kids for almost 4 years now, and I always feel comfortable leaving my boys in the kids club. All the employees are super Friendly, and this location is one of the best.
I joined Mountainside fitness after leaving my fitness previous fitness club because the staff harass me about wearing a mask on the elliptical machine. I had gained over 30 pounds due to Covid and the stress the pandemic. When I walked in and saw nobody wearing mask, I felt this is my home. Been coming here for over a year, everyone is great! There's a little bit for everyone, separate rooms for new/shy people, they recently put in more squat racks, & have been upgrading since I've joined! This place seems to only get better!!
Gianna is awesome! So friendly and my kids love her! Anytime we have any questions or issues she's the first to help!
Hubby and I have been members for about 2 years. I've enjoyed the personal training, fitness classes, cardio & weights. The front desk staff are always friendly/helpful and the gym is clean, uncluttered and offers a ton of exercise options. My only complaint is when equipment breaks, it has takes a very long time to get it repaired.
Kelsey B. Is the best childcare worker in the building. My girls absolutely love coming! She is attentive, kind, and treats every kiddo amazingly. My girls never want to leave. She always remembers their names and even knows what shows and toys they like. If anyone is going to watch your kiddos while you work out Kelsey is the girl for the job!
Always enjoy my workout here. Facility is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.
I don't live in AZ but visit family nearby. It is my go to gym when I am in the area!
Amazing gym and staff! I have been coming here for years now. I have tried multiple gyms in Surprise and MSF is hands down the best. Very clean gym with a functional layout and a variety of equipment and machines. Staff is always friendly, especially Tina in sales. Always kind and willing to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. She sold me my membership and is a big part of the reason why I am so pleased with this gym. Excellent customer service still exists and it's here at Moutainside Fitness!
