I love this gym! It has plenty of amenities and great fitness trainers! I love the fitness classes as well as how the weight room is spaced out!
Been coming here for years and things keep getting better and better. Cleanliness is next level, equipment is high quality, and machines are fixed fast if found broken. If you live in the valley I highly suggest making this your main gym.

I want to say that this gym has reached out to me since my review & apologized. They called me several times to make it right by offering me deals to become a member although I already found another gym as my home gym. I appreciate their efforts to make it right & appreciate all the efforts multiple employees made.
Great gym, the location on Tempe town lake is the best and has the best views. They have made some excellent upgrades to this gym as well over the years. Friendly staff too
New gym so far I love it! Clean and even when is packed I still get a good workout surprisingly never waiting on a machine. The cold plunge is awesome!
I drive 30 minutes to come to this specific location because the staff is the absolute best. I bring my two kids with me and never have to worry if they're safe, being watched, played with etc. always plenty of staff, always someone in each section and they tell me exactly what my kids did while they were in their. Phenomenal staff, recommend to everyone. Tried three other gyms that offer childcare and none of them come close to this one.
Great facility and equipment, the kids club is awesome as well! Makes things way easier for me as a single parent.
the childcare there is the best! the people there are so attentive and know how to make my baby girl have the best time!!
