Love the gym and the childcare is great! My kids love when Bella is working, they always enjoy being around her. She is knowledgeable and great with all the other children as well!
Such a great family gym and super clean. Also appreciate that the equipment is top of the line and always getting updated. Highly recommend for a great workout!
I've been to a lot of gyms and different Mountainside locations, and this one is by far the best. The gym is always clean, the equipment is in great shape, and the staff is helpful. Perfect for the whole family.
Went in to cancel today after a 12+ months of non use only to be charged to cancel because I was already in the next billing cycle. Typical gym hustle.. The smell that greats you as you walk in is less than welcoming. Glad I'm done with this place. Avoid the contract! EOS is much less, has a better atmosphere and doesn't smell.
The difference between this gym (Surprise location!) and any other, is hands down the staff! I have been an active member for 2 years now and I have no plans to switch (even with newer gyms being built closer to my house!) It's ok. I've come for years and it's getting dated and stinks. Equipment has become SO crammed together it's hard to even walk without nearly walking into someone's barbell or cables. A real safety issue actually. Odd placement of equipment as well. It use to be far better layout AND cleaner. It feels dirty. For the price, it's showing major signs of age. Love this gym but can we do something about the smell? It always smells like a men's locker room on the floor. Most of the machines absolutely stink like they never get cleaned.
The best mountainside because it's the only one with a full court basketball court! Please fix the rims
I have been a member for 12 years or so and I'm very happy. I'll admit, when they removed the rock wall I was annoyed especially since they made it very hard to take the kids anymore as we did before. They used to let you take your children on the rock wall and problem then started making the kids go through the kids area staff only. Pretty dumb.
