Verified Renter Move in was a breeze and haven’t had any issues so far. Only thing to note is the gym and indoor pool / hot tub isn’t 24/7. Neighbors and everyone around have been super friendly.

Verified Renter It very nice quiet community and safe. The neighbors seem to be nice and helpful. They keep the landscaping up the pool area is nice and clean to take a swim. It nice that they have food trucks that come out to the complex.

Verified Renter The move in process was smooth. All the questions were answered respectfully. But the application approval process took a long time. Personally, I was charged $800 security deposit, which I found inappropriate (too high).
