Verified Renter They have gotten better with maintenance but seem to over look the outside appearance of the buildings that are not on the main street. Weeds are growing crazy and there is no mulch anymore

Verified Renter Amenities, maintenance is timely & good even though rental is expensive compared to other apartments in the vicinity. Clubhouse rental could be reduced too. Hotels, spa, saloon, library, grocery & convenience stores at a walking distance.
