Verified Renter Management is not responsive and does not follow through on their end when they are supposed to get tasks completed. There’s a new manager every 6 months. The only way to get through to office staff is to physically go to the office to speak with someone. Management does not want to make unit updates. I do like my unit overall and the community is decent. The location is nice, and the environment overall is pleasant. If management was better and reliable, this would be a much better review.

Verified Renter It is a very peaceful area however you do need to have your own car for commuting as the public transport is not great considering uber and lyft prices are quite high

Verified Renter This is a great place to live! The property manager and staff are diligent on keeping residents happy. The club house has enough room for events, exercise, indoor lap pool, jaccuzi, sauna and shower. Then a large pool outside plus tennis court! The property and apartments are beautiful.

Verified Renter The very first day I moved in and looked over my new home. I was displeased with the painting job that was done throughout. Nothing patching was not smoothed out before painting, dark scraping on baseboards . I do love it here, and met one of my neighbors.
