Verified Renter I enjoy living in Muirwood Apartments. The society is extremely peaceful and safe with lots of greenery all around. The apartments are spacious and well ventilated with good amenities/features. It is also present at a convenient location with close proximity to downtown Farmington and essential daily commutes. Overall it's a great living experience.

Verified Renter Muirwood Enclave is at a very convenient location, close to all amenities and stores. I like the elevator in the building and spacious floor plan of the apartment.

Verified Renter Muirwood is a lovely complex. The grounds are well kept, and it’s a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. My only real complaint is how long it takes for maintenance to get done. But my apartment is spacious. They could do with some more recent cabinets and fixtures but all in all, it’s been a pleasant place to live.

Verified Renter Apartment management is unhelpful in every way. Maintenance is very helpful and friendly once you are aware of work order status from the management office. Took approximately two months to receive maintenance support for one work order. Management office visits can make you feel like you are the problem simply trying to receive any information from them.
