Verified Renter Muirwood, like many others, struggled with staff. It’s only recently, with the change of management, that things seemed to improve. Overwhelmed, lack of experience, not too professional and not too engaged were key words the last few years. Hopefully it’s getting better lately ,

Verified Renter As of this moment I have only been a resident for a month and have little to say about the community due to lack of time to experience a lot of it, but I would say it's a very nice area.
Verified Renter Very large and nice community of people and facilities. There is a competent gym, pool and really well maintained tennis court. Beautiful nature area within community. Quick snow clearance, and fairly quick response to maintenance. Lot of amenities and restaurants very close by. The facility management is quite bizarre in some of the rules that they try to enforce. For e.g. there are restrictions for what can be kept in the patio but not for balconies, cars are plastered with notices for towing during the mon... read more

Verified Renter The community is well maintained and the houses are quite spacious with good deal of privacy. I enjoyed my stay until the COVID-19 started. After it things started to fall apart. The maintenance is hardly there. If they need to remove snow then they would stop all other things. Simple repairs would take 3 months and after that the request would be closed without notice.
