Bill, the new maintenance director is absolutely fabulous. He is so very kind, considerate, and professional. I really appreciate his attentiveness and his timeliness. Verified Renter Apartment located in prime location and all the shops are near by. Amenities are just fine. Apartment need renovation. Kitchen appliances are out-of-date.Washer Dryer need replacement. Utility room look hazardous. Doorbell are antique . Build quality are rustic/old.
