Verified Renter Initially my experience was good but later I started facing some maintenance issues where I had to make follow ups to make sure they are addressed in timely manner. There is no annual check up of the apartment appliance which are initially provided by the housing such as washing units, drainage pipelines or over and heating units .

Verified Renter The place is amazing. Scenic , no disturbance of any kind. I had stayed here in 2005 and again in 2023( took this as a temp stay due to our home remodelling)and love them as usual ! I had an issue with the heater and called the maintenance. They fixed it in less than two hours ! The same .. had an issue with the electric stove and they fixed it in less than few hours. I don’t expect anything better than this.honestly .. I have had good experience.Thank you.

Verified Renter We are very happy here so far. Very quiet and the apartment backs up to the woods so it is very pleasant. Management has been very helpful which is very much appreciated especially since we are new residents.
