We were fostering kittens for Riverside co. Unfortunately one of them started to show signs of failure to thrive.... We took the foster kitten to this vet hospital, 1st quote was 2k and wanted to watch overnight, unfortunately we're not in the financial position to just donate our finances to a vet bill. Update regarding health cert for international travel! Ensure to go and start it early. It took me full 9 days to get it. I was scheduled to fly 3/25. 3/18: Examined and staff filled health examination doc, they quoted 3/20 for endorsed cert 3/23: still waiting on cert and no idea when to expect. Had to change the flight schedule cause it was the last day to change w/o losing entire ticket. Poor service from the vets. Brought my dog here for inflammation and growth on his leg. Had $1800 bill for x-ray and specialty lab tests. Was told I would get a call within a few days. exactly one week later call in to see if the results came back, they had the results for a while but never bothered to call me. The vet assigned wasn't in and no other vet would talk to me. I told them my dog is in great pain and cries all night, but nothing from them. I have been a patron for 5 years and they are the worst vet office I have been to in 40 years living in the Murrieta /Temecula Valley area. First, they have debit processing inside the waiting rooms, which shows the definite money drive, which I have NEVER seen at any vet office. All payments should be made at the front desk period!! Next, they won't let you take the prescriptions to outside sources like Costco ( which they had in the recent past, Or Chewy/ online sources. Horrible Customer Service! Why do I have to pry the information about my dog's health from you! I do not want the insurance you are trying to swindle out of me. Please fix your customer care immediately. Never coming back so don't even bother reaching out to me.
This place is a joke. Was charged for two exams when I was specifically told there was no charge and tried to get ahold of a manager for months and they ended up sending stuff to collections. Clearly they don't know how to take fault in things.
They spent more time selling me stuff than checking out my dog. I was there for 40mins. The exam lasted 5mins the remainder of time both the vet and assistant were trying to sell me procedures. I know this is typical with vets but this was on another level. Why would I pay for additional items if you did a bad job with the exam.
They charge nearly DOUBLE the price for medication and refuse to deal with Chewy.com and other third party medication providers. Google your animal's medication for nearly half the price that they try and charge! I took my dog in for an ear infection, and they wanted to charge me nearly $1,000. I looked up the medication online and found they were charging me nearly double, when compared to other providers. BEWARE. 0 STARS...This vet is only interested in taking your money ( as much as they can for as long as they can) with the least amount of effort and emphasis placed on providing you or your pet any real assistance or relief. They are reckless, unprofessional and incompetent . My cat went thru 8 weeks of labs/tests, antibiotics, office visits and follow up appointments that were deemed by my current Vet to be completely unnecessary and unwarranted.
