Former Vet Tech here, Lets talk about my experience with this veterinary practice and my last visit at that. I've been bringing my pets here for about a year. overtime I come and receive some type of attitude from any staff member. I've put my feelings to the side and still gave them multiple chances to be nice. No stars!! My dog came in with ear infection from another dog bite and was charged 550$. They didn't cover the stitches with anything but the cone and the stitches broke open and they wanted to charge another 450$ no thank you..I will never ever come here again!!!
This place started off a hit great even though I never agreed with the whole drop your fury baby off and stay in your car bc of "C O Vid" I had the paw plan then close to a year I canceled. Continuous miscommunication occurred from there. Many attempts to "collect" money for a plan I had long ago canceled. During that time I was no longer taking my Goldendoodle to their clinic and when I did make an appointment I paid out of pocket because I had canceled the paw plan prior to. My dog had an emergency and I had called them to get my dog in and I was crying over the phone since my dog had chewed on an ibuprofen. The front desk lady could care less and was so cold!!! Here I am trying to get some help and all she said was sorry I can't help you, take your dog to the ER! Very disappointed, even if they can't do anything on their end, at least be nice.

Would give a 0 if I could. We left our pup in their pet hotel for boarding over the Christmas holiday. We paid extra for the "fear free" boarding because it was recommended to help calm our anxious boy. We got a call on Christmas Eve that our dog got a "hot spot" from the vest they put him in. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR PET'S HEALTH, DO NOT GO HERE! The "good reviews" are from pet owners with basic checkups. Look at the reviews from PET OWNERS WITH SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS (chronic, potentially resulting in death) and see the NUMEROUS 1 STAR RATINGS. The office manager TRICIA MUNSON SHOULD BE FIRED! She first refused to give me my dog (after keeping him for hours and not even calling to inform me that they were not going to do his lab test). Waste of money and time! This veterinary hospital have no respect for new clients time and are incompetent. I left after 1.5 hr from my appointment with no solution , barely the vet checking my dog's chest and heart beat- this is their standards of a physical exam! The vet assistant does not even know how to take a dog's temperature. Kept me waiting and waiting and took $60 for absolutely nothing! Shame on these type of businesses, period!.

went in with my dog throwing up, earlier in the week he had ate frozen corn and I was concerned, they said he may have some of the bag stuck in his stomach, said they should run tests and X-rays, and him stay over night. Making me feel very concerned. My husband and I said ok and let them go ahead with that. 1,500 later the next morning with two sets of X-rays saying he has something in his stomach and they sent it over to the specialist and they both recommended surgery because he was getting worse over night. New New review - They think my oldest dog has congestive heart failure. She got her radiograph 2 days ago and I was told I would be called with my results after 18 hours. 18 hours was yesterday morning. I called in At 3 PM, right around the 24 hour mark. I was told the doctor was not available but they would definitely call me them before 6 PM they would definitely call him at 4:06 PM.
