Tried to schedule my cat in due to an injured foot & extremely rude. The girl suggested that my hurt cat wait until Tuesday when she's clearly in pain.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review. We boarded our dogs here the 22-24th of May 2021. Last night and Today one of my dogs has developed Kennel cough. During their stay at this place we had both of them get check ups, boarded and washed. Total was about $400 for everything all together which is okay because they needed it. In the beginning it was all nice and good but towards the end I'll schedule an appointment come on time have to wait an hour and still no service reschedule my appointment came on time no service and I come very far please don't waste your time.

Gotta love paying monthly for a service when they can't even honor that service. What a joke this place is.

I had my dog artificially inseminated at Marietta oaks,she had 8 puppies. I took them in at 3 days old to get their tails cropped and their dew claws done I Called them on my way home to see if I needed to bring them back for removal of stitches. they said no that they were dissolving stitches. Today,they are almost 8 weeks, I took them into a different vet for their 1st set of puppy shots,. that vet told me they still had Stitches In their tails. **EDIT PLEASE READ** They've replied to my review saying they do offer "less costly options". Since they want to lie let me explain. When I asked for other options because I'm permanently disabled and can't work, they refused service and asked me to go somewhere else. Even offering to put my dog down if "I want a cheaper alternative"!! The only option they gave me was to give them the whole $3000 upfront BEFORE the surgery even started, I've never had a vet demand full payment for treatment to even commence. My little shitzu was having some pain in what seemed to be her abdomen today. I was quite worried and called this office. It was 3pm and I couldn't find any other vets to take her for 3 days. Murrieta Oaks got her in right away and assessed her. Ended up it was a back pain, not abdominal. The price was very reasonable, Dr. Vicky was amazing and prescribed some pain meds for my little one. We did do the curbside check-in and it was very smooth. I will definitely go back!
