I called to get vaccine information from my dog today , 3/12/20 and whatever receptionist answered the phone was very rude , in the first place seemed annoyed I was calling and even down to her "bye" on the phone was just unpleasant and unprofessional . Did not leave me with a good feeling... I never leave bad yelp reviews but I felt this needed to be brought to management's attention .

First and foremost I had questions about the medication as to why the mg went up that is why the price was higher since I was never informed before hand it was just added to my file and without the dog being seen as well so having questions and to see why the mg was changed is a valuable question and the feedback I recieved was disrespect and it seemed as though I was a waste of their time. I was on hold when I called on friday over 12 min and then hung up on and again called back waited on hold and hung up on again. Then ca... read more

Cynthia, we take our client feedback very seriously and are sorry to hear you feel this way. We take great pride in maintaining an impeccably clean facility and deliver the best customer service experience that we possibly can. If at any time, a client wishes to tour our facility and see where their pets are treated by our caring medical team, we are happy to do so. As far as the medication is concerned, same as in human health, a dose increase will result in a slight price increase as well. We love caring for your pet and g... read more

This pet hospital is the worst! They are money crazed and that's it! We used to take our dogs here. When we got our second one we brought her in for an exam cause she was having the runs bad to where it was like water. Rather than thoroughly giving her a check up they just stuck a thermometer in her butt (cost $50) then gave us medicine (cost about $40) then told us to do a poop sample ($40) when my husband and i asked why medicine they couldn't answer us. When they got the fecal sample back they said she had a few things sh... read more

I used to love this vet. Back in the day with dr Ross. Since then management had changed . Doctors have changed . Because they offer the paw plan, my moms cat was very sick we brought her in bc I've always thought their pricing was fair. Turns out my moms cat is diabetic. And was extremely sick. After bringing her home for a week and a half , and no improvement my mom decided she was going to euthanize her. It was a hard decision. Her grandson literally died a couple weeks before this. And having to make this decision as yo... read more

They did refund part of my money, in cash, but only after I complained. I had to drive down to the vet office to pick up my money, in cash, after they made another "accounting mistake" and double charged my credit card again, instead of refunding me! They did reverse the over charge but it took another 3 days to show up, back in my account. Question- Were these accounting errors just innocent mistakes? Or were they intentional and created to balance out the fact that they refunded me IN CASH? Hum... THINK about it. It's si... read more

I am so disappointed because they were so nice and caring. I brought my dog in because she stopped eating and drinking and had a cough. They said it was her teeth and wanted to book surgery to clean and take out some teeth. They really pushed their pet care program and surgery, They weren't concerned about her cough and my dog died 2 days later. Turns out she had pneumonia so bad she couldn't breathe according to another vet and didn't make it. Murrieta vet couldn't figure that out? Why didn't they order a X-ray? WOW That i... read more

About 2 weeks ago, I took my two cats in there for their annual check-u, shots and a bath each. First, I took my female in because she had been experiencing runny eyes, nose and sneezing. When Dr. Vickie finally came into the room, she was very brief and said that my cat should have a bath and some antibiotics. Then, she was gone. My cat had her bath and we went back later to pick her up. She did not have her shots because she wasn't well. We were sent home with the antibiotics and after the 7 day period of giving her them,... read more

This is the most unprofessional vet I have ever been to! They are way overpriced to do absolutely nothing, we paid $50 just for them to stick a thermometer in our dogs butt and then try and sell a bunch of unnecessary things for the dog. They made us wait too long, even though we had an appointment, and gave the room they said we would have away to someone else. Then forgot to call and give the results the following day save yourself the headache and find another vet.

Our first visit here was great. The second, for two vaccines not so much. We were told if we came back within six months we would only pay for the vaccination. Wrong, they charged for a Wellness Visit and disputed to the point that we paid the extra $50 just to get out of there. When I scheduled the appointment all I requested was vaccination boosters. Buyer beware.
