I think it is a great place. I like the fact there the buildings a really small, almost like a house. The size makes it much more personally for her. The caregivers are good but that do have a high turnover of staff. We chose this community for the size, it is an easier to access location from my house, and the price was comparable to others. I would recommend this community.

It is a quite decent place but there is a large turnover. It s hard on everybody especially right now. It is hard work and physically demanding, but most of the caregivers are quite nice and very helpful. We chose this community because is was the nicest one that has availability at the time. The food is excellent. There are some activities but not everyone in the memory care can participate.

The staff there were absolutely not trained to care for residents in memory care at all. They did not know how to talk and interact with the residents . They were too understaffed for the care the was needed. Cleanliness needed improvement.

The facility itself was nice. It was always kept clean, The outside was very pleasant.Overall, it wasn't bad. However, care wise, there were two things that were very concerning, the call light button and being under staff. The call light has multipurpose and staff don't know how quickly to respond, and the buttons don't always work, The staff with very pleasant and busy, and not always availability when needed for emergencies due to not having enough staff.

The facility nice at first, but don't be fooled. The place is poorly managed, the employees are overworked and receive little training. Employee turnover is ridiculous, likely due to the long hours, extra shifts and low pay. Incontinent residents are not changed often enough and get repeated UTIs. The residents rarely get the food posted on the menus and there is often not enough of it. Snacks and fruit are rare. Staff is 2 for 14 memory care patients. The care is personal and generally of high quality. I like the home style atmosphere and so does my wife. The cooked meals that the residents can see & smell being prepared seems to help my wife eat better. The Wi/Fi is poor at best, However, they are changing that. I am pleased with the care and personal attention my wife is receiving. I would recommend Mustang Creek to anyone needing such services

Drive on by and save some time and heartache. Mustang Creek Burleson's Memory Care facility scores low all across the board. We are thankful to have it in our rear view mirror. Let me provide a synopsis of the 5 page list of complaints: Understaffed & Overworked. Ineffective procedures for maintaining resident health and well being. High staff turnover which results in poor quality of care for residents. Dirty beyond belief. I feel there should be more workers present at all times. Duties such [removed] meals, doing laundry, mopping up accidents, etc. definitely limit time to oversee residents. One additional worker per shift would most likely cut back on burnout leading to lots of turnover.

We enjoyed our visit to Mustang Creek and felt a welcoming and warm approach to our visit. We were offered brochures and activity charts at this facility and would definitely consider Mustang Creek when choosing. I will have to be getting with my sisters, discus our options and get their input before getting back with you on this. Thank you for your help.
