There is nothing good I have to say about this place. Home Health found our loved one in his room and called us to say he was not being taken care of. He had no water, no cup for water. He ended up in the hospital for dehydration. He also fell and cut himself. We were not notified until 2-3 days later, and only then was he taken to get stitches. I just do not understand that. We immediately removed him from the situation.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because it was the least expensive and the location. The room sizes here are nice and they are all private rooms as well. Sometimes the management staff is not as responsive as they should be. My mom has been here over a year and is just now getting podiatry care and we had been asking for it for a while.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because the staff was friendly, the pricing worked for us, and they met all the needs that we had. The room sizes here are plenty big for our loved ones needs. Overall, they have been great during the pandemic and I would recommend to others looking.

The facility itself and the concept of the cottages is great, the staff was all very friendly and helpful and it did not seem institutional as some others that we saw. They did have a lot of staff turnover or were understaffed, so some of the things that needed to be done were not getting done as they should have. Overall, I would recommend Mustang Creek Estates as long as your loved one is more independent.

Houses are nice, food is good. They do not do all that they tell you when you sign up.very little activities .very high turnover in staff.residents never get to go outside the caregivers aren't trained to care for people with memory issues.they may get a shower 1 × a week. And residents are left alone most of the time in there rooms. Rooms may appear clean but rarely are they cleaned like you would expect.And if your family member is sick its up to you to figure it out.caregivers don't pay that close attention at all. I think it is a great place. I like the fact there the buildings a really small, almost like a house. The size makes it much more personally for her. The caregivers are good but that do have a high turnover of staff. We chose this community for the size, it is an easier to access location from my house, and the price was comparable to others. I would recommend this community.

It is a quite decent place but there is a large turnover. It s hard on everybody especially right now. It is hard work and physically demanding, but most of the caregivers are quite nice and very helpful. We chose this community because is was the nicest one that has availability at the time. The food is excellent. There are some activities but not everyone in the memory care can participate.

The staff there were absolutely not trained to care for residents in memory care at all. They did not know how to talk and interact with the residents . They were too understaffed for the care the was needed. Cleanliness needed improvement.

The facility itself was nice. It was always kept clean, The outside was very pleasant.Overall, it wasn't bad. However, care wise, there were two things that were very concerning, the call light button and being under staff. The call light has multipurpose and staff don't know how quickly to respond, and the buttons don't always work, The staff with very pleasant and busy, and not always availability when needed for emergencies due to not having enough staff.
