Get directionsYour company was a great help for me in finding a place for my mom.. The overall experience was good. The facility you found and we selected has been a great facility. My mom has really liked the location. Yes I would recommend this community to other families. They have been good to work with
Business response:

[name removed], the Burleson Executive Director is horrible to deal with, she has no public relations capabilities. Do not go here.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to be very clear that our Executive Director is a highly experienced and respected leader with many years of successful senior living management. She communicates professionally and works diligently to support residents, families, and staff. We take great pride in the strong relationships she has built within our community, so we are genuinely surprised to see a comment like this—especially posted anonymously and without any specific details. We are always open to... read more
Seems to be short handed a lot . Food isn't that good and the "always available food" isn't usually available. The good employees have to make up for the not so good ones and that causes some issues.
Business response:
We appreciate your feedback. Our community staffs to industry standards, and we have a dedicated Experience Director who works closely with residents and staff to oversee menus, meal quality, and dining services. As for our “always available” options, they are intended to remain accessible, and if there were occasions where something was temporarily unavailable, that should have been addressed directly at the time. Thank you for sharing your review.
Mustang Creek Estates is severely understaffed. They expect 2 people to handle 15 to 17 residents. In the house my husband was in, 3 residents needed the Hoyer lift (a 2 staff required procedure) & 3 to 4 others needed assistance with transfers. The same 2 people were supposed to distribute meds, clean & shower the residents, as well as cook, serve & clean up after 3 meals a day. They were also supposed to do activities as the activity director spent little time in House F. It was not a good situation.
No staff training. No school for bathing. No respect for residents.
Business response:
We can assure you that our team members are required to go through comprehensive, thorough training upon hire and ongoing, well above state required minimums. Additionally, our team members are required to complete monthly training to ensure they are up to date on all policies and procedures. The State of Texas recently scored the campus the highest rating. We care deeply for all of our residents, and the well-being of our residents is our highest priority. Thank you.
They assigned my Mom to a house and later got a complaint from [name removed] stating that my Mom really needed more care than she thought, wanted me to change her to another house, we can afford to pay more right now and she hadn't even really allowed proper time for my Mom to acclimate to new surroundings, Mom is finally beginning to visit with other residents and make friends so really do not want to move her again especially as she has dementia and I feel moving here would not be beneficial, my Mom's hospice nurse feels ... read more

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously. During our evaluation and assessment process, we gather information that the family informs us of. That will help determine the proper house best fit for a resident. It is very important that all families we meet with share any important information about their loved one when providing it, to ensure that residents are assigned to an adequate house best suited for them. We are happy to say that we worked very hard with you and your family to move your mom ... read more
Staff is caring and loving. They make it as close to a home environment as possible. Rooms are small, but adequate. Amenities are pretty standard.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We take great pride in our home-like model, designed to help residents feel truly comfortable. We appreciate the kind words about our staff and grateful that you shared your experience. Thank you again!
They had a high turnover of employees that didn't have enough training. My husband had a lot of issues but they assured me they had the training to handle. I usually went over there twice a day. The attendants would never introduce themselves and most of the times didn't even know the name of the other employees they were working with. I brought my husband home after 6 months. After he was there about 2 months they moved him to another house and a room with no private shower and went up on monthly [fee removed]. My first exp... read more
I liked that it was a small setting, not a lot of people in one house and home cooked meals. Considerate, caring, attentive staff. Facility is good. Seems to be kept up fairly well.
