The care is personal and generally of high quality. I like the home style atmosphere and so does my wife. The cooked meals that the residents can see & smell being prepared seems to help my wife eat better. The Wi/Fi is poor at best, However, they are changing that. I am pleased with the care and personal attention my wife is receiving. I would recommend Mustang Creek to anyone needing such services

After reading a previous review we felt it was our duty to jump in and write our own review. It’s so sad that someone would leave such a horrible review about the great folks there at Mustang Creek who as far as we can see go above and beyond for the residents. We have never had a problem with the cleanliness, food or the staff. We see the same faces everyday and have for while now, we understand that being a caregiver is not the right job for just anyone and that things can get overwhelming at times especially in memory car... read more

After having moved my father for the 3rd time I finally found “home”. [Name removed] is the most loving and caring staff member in memory care that I’ve meet. Though no facility is ever going to a perfect fit, this is certainly close. I wish I would’ve moved him here sooner.

I feel there should be more workers present at all times. Duties such [removed] meals, doing laundry, mopping up accidents, etc. definitely limit time to oversee residents. One additional worker per shift would most likely cut back on burnout leading to lots of turnover.

We enjoyed our visit to Mustang Creek and felt a welcoming and warm approach to our visit. We were offered brochures and activity charts at this facility and would definitely consider Mustang Creek when choosing. I will have to be getting with my sisters, discus our options and get their input before getting back with you on this. Thank you for your help.

Very nice, clean facility. We liked the idea of the houses rather than a larger building however we were looking for larger personal living spaces. This facility the personal space was a small bedroom and bathroom.

This is a good assisted living option. Facility is new. Residents are grouped into specific 'houses'. The common areas are large and open, but in carpeted, so they are loud (not so great for people with hearing aides). Rooms are studio-type only -- where the bed and living area are all in the same room. Kitchen is part of the common area. This looks like a really nice place if you are looking for more 'attentive' senior living (assisted in nature).

I toured at Mustang Creek while looking for a place for my loved one. I thought the community was nice, but I didn’t really care for the set-up of it. The community featured a centralized living and dining area with separate room and bathrooms. It kind of reminded me of a sorority house.

Housekeeping here is good at keeping the area nice and neat. I see them mop frequently and they cleaned my loved ones room once a week. They deep clean the room and they’re always cleaning the kitchen after someone had cooked. The menu there is very good. The menu changes daily and every month they put up a calendar with updates on what is being served. It is well-balanced and they have choices too of what they would like to drink.
