My husband and I met with [name removed] today. We were impressed by the facility, her knowledge of the operation of the facility and her compassion for people who are in a difficult situation when making decisions about where to place loved ones. The rates quoted to us were very reasonable compared to the big corporation type facilities. Mustang Creek felt more like "home" than an impersonal institution. All things considered, we will be choosing Mustang Creek Estates for the needs of our family member.

We were impressed with the homey atmosphere at Mustang Creek Estates Keller. We visited with residents as they were finishing breakfast. They were all very happy with their rooms and the care they were receiving. The rooms were clean and the building appeared well kept. [Name removed] was very easy to talk to as she explained how the facility worked and inquired about our loved one's needs. While nice, this is not what we are needing for a couple, It serves a single person better. The staff was great and all of the houses were clean. We love the area and wished the rooms were bigger. The thing that will stop us here is that there is no Medical staff on site.

We toured at Mustang Creek Estates, and I really liked the community a lot. While I liked it, I did not feel it would be the best fit for my loved one. I felt the environment and the small size of the community would not be suitable for her.

I was struggling with finding a new home for my cousin who has Dementia. He had been in a nursing home where he was [Removed] by another resident and beat up, breaking his elbow and having to have surgery. I knew immediately that I had to move him. I went to tour Mustang Creek Estates and was blown away at the units. They were so beautiful and each unit was like it's own little house. The was security and peaceful gated area patios. They are doing a really good job at Mustang Creek Estates Keller. They are taking very good care of her and her needs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We like the fact that they do not hesitate to call if there is anything going on with my mom. The communication with the staff is very good. She is enjoying the food, I have been there while she is eating and it looks really good. They are really good about going to get her and take her to the activities located in the different buildings. They keep her involved and ... read more

Mom is doing very well here since we moved. She has a private room which is nice for her. The staff is very nice and professional and kind. She likes the food here. There is a little garden area out back where they can enjoy the fresh air. The community is very secure the staff are the only ones who have the code to enter and exit the community. I feel very good knowing mom is safe and secure especially with her eye sight declining.

We toured this community for my mom's care. We like the staff. This is a beautiful community and they have a lot of activities that would be offered to the residents. The menu looks appealing. We would recommend this community for other families to tour for the care of a loved one.
