Staff is great! They are making changes for the better, there is a nurse on staff during the week. They really care about the residents. The housekeeping is ok, they are working on getting better. The meals are good. Moving in was amazing!, staff was so helpful. I would recommend Mustang Creek.

My loved one is currently a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Keller. Overall, the facility needs cleaning. Housekeeping needs to do more than wipe the surfaces and the kitchen needs an all over good cleaning.

Great option for a private-pay family member who needs living assistance but not full nursing home care yet. Activities and home-like setting. Safe and kind staff. We picked this community, because it is an affordable, home like setting

[name removed] is hard to work with, they say she is available 24/7, the go to person, I realize she has to sleep but when you go to her about real issues, you can hear her frustration of the issue. The next thing that makes me mad is they say once a week the patients room gets a deep clean, that is total crap, I clean my loved ones room. The food is passable there are a couple girls that cook pretty good, but if they aren't on...The girls (2) have to care for, cook, do laundry, medicine distribution and care for 14 people. ... read more
My loved one was previously a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Keller. Overall, our experience at this facility was poor. There were two Aides on each shift. I observed both of the Aides leaving the facility with no one there to take care of the residents. Custodial services were not provided as promised. The meals were not provided on time and were of poor quality. I would not recommend this facility.
Our family went to have an in person tour with Mustang Creek and I never made it past the front door. Walking in, the living, dining and kitchen areas were on top of each other - very cramped. It was loud and appeared unkept. I just told the greeter that I didn't want to waste her time, it wasn't a fit for my sister.

Our family did not have a good experience at Mustang Creek Estates. The place is struggling. My mom definitely did not get the care that we paid for The building is nice, and the people who work there are doing the best they can. But they are not cooks, and the meals are tasteless and bland. Meals tend to be carbohydrate heavy. Not a lot of vegetables. We had an incident where there was no one in the building as one of the clients left the building setting off the alarms. They had extremely nice staff there. It was just a bit too old for our liking, and the rooms were that of what you'd find in an older house.

We toured with Mustang Creek Estates in Keller. It was a nice facility, but it was much too small for what we were looking for.
