We chose Mustang Creek Estates because of its location and it had a good reputation. To me, they do seem a little short staffed and we have had some communication issues which is difficult because we cannot go in during covid. At this point, I would recommend.

My mother moved into Mustang this past year. She went from alone in her house to having friends and loving staff to take care of her. My family and I are so thankful for them especially during these crazy times. We don't have to worry about her because we know she is getting excellent care.

The staff members are very friendly, and when we have been able to visit the food there smells really good.

The common areas were clean. The resident's rooms weren't as clean as other parts of the community, specifically the bathrooms were filthy. There was a major turnover of staff, and not enough staff for the residents in the house. The staff the community hired was under qualified for memory care residents.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because of referrals by friends that had good experiences. The room sizes here are spacious and adequate for her needs. She LOVES the food, it is all made fresh and served hot and a great variety. I would want others to know that the residents really seem to live together like a family and my mother prefers to be here with people she can hangout with opposed to being at my home even during COVID. I also feel my mother is safe here even with the circumstances. I would recommend to others.

Mustang Creek Keller has been a great place for my mother. She has been living in House A for a little over 3 years. She enjoys the company of her other residents. Bingo is one of her favorite activities and she has decorated her room just like home. [name removed] is one of our favorite employees. She always keeps us informed how mom is doing.
