They could improve on staffing, lots of turnover but that's in every healthcare field these days. The staff they do have that has been there are great! Very caring and accommodating.

I would like to see them get our loved one in the shower more often, but it is difficult for her situation. However, overall it is a good value, the staff is nice and I would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

My husband has an illness that has made him wheelchair dependent with great difficulty getting in and out of his wheelchair resulting in frequent falls that I was unable to care for him at home. He was not happy about leaving home to go to assisted living facility but he has said that the majority of the people who work at Mustang Creek Estates are very nice and the food is good, although he wishes for greater variety in the meals. The house itself seems clean enough, but the maintenance of the individual's room is poor. Specific needs for a patient get done once or twice, then don't happen again. Due to caregiver turnover possibly, and lack of integrity. Communication between patient, physician's assistant and medical assistant leaves much to be desired. The staff are nice, even if not the most outgoing. We would prefer some more proactive care when it comes to hygiene and fluid management, but when mom asks for help they normally do. We also wish they could help with diabetes care. Housekeeping has improved over time. The move in was easy. The meals are good, although they are not specialized for diet restrictions. I would recommend this facility to anyone with budget constraints.

Overall experience, they were unable on most days to not only order but dispense my husbands meds. The food, looks,smell and taste was poor and the had times where they ran out of food. Quality of care was poor for a multitude of reason, staff spent most of their on personal conversations on their phones, when they could be checking on patience or picking up trash they were having little huddles in the kitchen all about personal issues. My mom wasn't able to reside at Mustang Creek. She passed away before we could get her there. If end of life care is involved, families need to investigate and plan for that carefully with Mustang and their Hospice. The house staff is energetic, thoughtful and caring.

Transitioning for my Mother was made easy by [name removed] knowledge and experience. For us Mustang Creek Estates in Keller was a Miracle. The home setting here is wonderful.
