This facility is pretty good and overall clean. They do seem to be short staffed. Housekeeping is good. I understand that memory care is harder to keep up with at times, but they do a really good job. Dad really likes the food. He doesn't participate in the activities, but they still have someone who comes by often to interact with and stimulate him. The only complaint I have is with laundry. They seem to misplace clothes often. Communication with the family is pretty good. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Cute community; however, it was too small for my loved one. The spaces and rooms were small, and I could see a lady enjoying this community more than a gentleman.

They have gone through several directors here. In addition the community, is filthy. The food served was pork and there was no other options given to the residents. They wouldn't always provide alternative options for those with dietary restrictions either. My loved one had unexplained bruises on them, and they didn't shower my loved one either for up to a week at a time. The individual house keeping within our loved ones apartment definitely could of been better. The director [name removed] made our family all these different promises that just were not kept. They also just did not seem to be able to keep adequate staffing on the memory care side

I would say to not go to this community. We liked this community in the beginning and moved all of my loved one belongings in. Then there was a turn over in the staff and everything changed. The new staff were not as well, no activities, the cook was not as good and things just did not go as we hoped. My sister does not even want to stay there any longer. I just felt like they should not have changed everyone at the same time.

I think they make a good effort to provide services. There are some inconsistencies, and that's mainly due to staffing. For example, they had promised a consistent laundry schedule, which has not been consistent. There has been a lot of staff turnaround. In my mother's particular case, there's a language barrier and specific needs. With the staff turnover, that causes issues. If I had to pick a community today, I would pick Mustang Creek Estates, again. The care is above average in the Memory Care unit. The staff is there for maintenance and cleanliness and aiding in general care. The staff are above average. The medication management, hygiene care, bathing and dressing assistance is some of the care types the community is able to assist with. What we really enjoy about the Mustang Creek Estate is the more personalized experience and care for our father in law. He is able to get more one on one attention which we appreciate. It has been a good experience so far, no real improvement as of yet. They do a great job is something happens, they adapt and fix it right away
